By adding Pingly to a Discord server or using its website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, remove the bot from your server and stop using the site.
Pingly is a Discord logging and administration bot: server event logs, server structure backups, voice and invite statistics, member identity history and security alerts. The service is provided "as is", with no availability guarantee.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service (discord.com/terms). Adding the bot requires the appropriate Discord administration permissions; configuration is the server administrators' responsibility.
You may not use Pingly to harass or monitor individuals outside legitimate server moderation, attempt to access other servers' data, disrupt the service (spam, API abuse) or use it for unlawful purposes.
Administrators who install Pingly are responsible for informing their members that the server is logged, in accordance with their community rules and applicable law. Backup restoration modifies the server: its use is the sole responsibility of the administrator who triggers it.
Pingly's operator cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use or unavailability of the service, including data loss, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot. The operator reserves the right to suspend access in case of abuse.
These terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one published on this page. Contact: via the Discord support server.
